Poop your Way Free of Back Pain

Steve Hefferon asked:

Whether you have flat abs or a beer belly, you can experience pain due to excess abdominal gas and excess fecal matter in your intestines. It has been said that if you have only one bowel movement a day, you have up to eight meals left in your intestines. Gas can develop in a matter of hours after eating and stay around for a long time so listen up.

How does this relate to back pain? Allow me to explain… Abdominal gas can be devastating to the back-pain sufferer, especially one who is trying to take a more natural approach and is using stretching and exercise to get relief. Here’s why: The position of your pelvis and the curvature of your spine are the two biggest factors that affect any condition that causes back pain. Even if the treatment you are using is a good one, your results will be hindered by a distended belly.

Big Belly Gas Pains

Let me give you an example: Suppose the last thing you eat at night is fruit. Your body will begin to digest it, and because fruit ferments very quickly, gas will be an automatic byproduct of that breakdown. Without any other food matter to push the gas along, it will get trapped. All night long your body will be fighting the effects of that gas, and you will wake up in the morning with killer back pain.

That’s why I never recommend fruit as a midnight snack. Right now you may be thinking: What’s so bad about a little gas? Answer: If your belly gets distended—much like a pregnant women—your abdominals are going to get stretched out, which means they are not going to be able to stabilize your pelvis as they should.

There is no amount of abdominal strengthening you could do to overcome the outward push of that abdominal gas. If your belly is distended, you will never achieve the neutral position for the pelvis that you need to get relief.

Flat Abs Gas Pains

I know what some of you are going to say: “But what if I have flat abs and back pain?” Even if you have rock-hard abs, the gas—instead of pushing your belly outward—could be pushing your intestines back into your spine and the muscle of your spine. That irritation of your intestines could be just as bad as, if not worse than, the outward forces. In either case, you will be amazed at how fast you’ll get relief if you work on getting that gas out of your system.

5 Things You’d Rather Not Know

If having too much gas was not bad enough, there are at least five other irritating conditions that can affect your back pain due to improper bowel movement.

1. Most people are chronically dehydrated, which usually leads to constipation. Other reasons you might be constipated include the medications you are taking and the foods you eat. With constipation, you go through your day with excess pressure on your bowels. And whenever your colon is full of waste matter, it will be stiff and rigid. Because your colon is so close to your spine and the muscle of your spine, mobility becomes an issue, not to mention more pain.

2. Constipation creates strain. If your fecal matter is dry, hard, and difficult to eliminate, you will have to work harder to get rid of it. This can be murder on your body—your blood pressure spikes, your rectum is traumatized, and the pressure on your spine is tremendous.

3. Food allergies cause inflammation. Whether we know it or not, many of us have food allergies (nuts, wheat, milk, beans, etc.). With any allergies, you will have an inflammatory reaction, and the inflammation that emanates from your intestinal track is so close to your spine that the inflammation is going to affect the muscle of your spine.

4. Poor nutrient absorption can add pounds. A digestive track that is not absorbing nutrients properly will not allow your body to get the nutrients it needs to repair itself. This can bring on a chronic cycle of eating to try to satisfy your nutritional needs, which likely will lead to weight gain.

5. Stress on internal organs weakens tissue. The weight of the excess stool will put stress on your internal organs—your stomach, small intestines, and large intestines, all of which are held in place by very delicate fibrous connective tissue. As that connective tissue is weighed down over time, it will start to fail than sag and than your trouble are going to be compounded.

Poop Away Pain

Most people would do almost anything to get rid of their back pain. If you are undergoing any type of treatment (including the principles of Muscle Balance Therapy™) and want to improve your odds of getting relief sooner, try these tips:

• Drink more water. A good rule of thumb is to drink one ounce of water for every two pounds of your body weight. For instance, if you weigh 100 pounds, drink at least 50 ounces of water each day.

• Give yourself a visceral massage (called Sun-Moon). To begin, lie on your back and with both hands starting just above your right hip, apply inward pressure on your abdomen, going straight up to the bottom of your rib cage. Then follow along the bottom of the rib cage to the left and then down to the top of the left hip. Go slow and repeat to tolerance.

• Try Hydro Colon Therapy. Also know as colonic irrigation, it is a highly effective, although somewhat uncomfortable, method of flushing out the colon, or large intestine. Similar to an enema but more extensive, this procedure can be pricey (it has to be done by a trained professional).

• A less-invasive option is to find a good all-natural colon-cleansing product. Many of the new formulations taste okay, work gently, and cause no cramping or bloating. Most of these products begin to work overnight. The better products come with an anti-parasitic and an herbal tea.

To get the best results from whatever back pain treatment you are trying right now, do yourself a favor and drink more water and cleanse your colon. You will be amazed at the results and your waist line will love you too…

Irritable Bowel Syndrome: What is it and does my diet affect it?

Emile A. Jarreau asked:

Many Americans are affected by a condition known as irritable bowel syndrome. This is a condition that lists a variety of symptoms among its diagnosis which include unsettled stomach, bloating, gas, diarrhea, or constipation. Doctors will usually run a battery of tests to help determine if IBS is the culprit and to rule out other more serious conditions. The fact of the matter is, irritable bowel syndrome is a general term and does not have one specific root cause, nor one specific cure. In my opinion, and in the opinion of others on this matter, the answer is simple…WE PUT JUNK INTO OUR BODIES AND OUR BODIES DON’T LIKE IT!

Ok, sorry for yelling, but this subject really burns me up. You see, many people eat nothing but garbage all day and yet somehow are surprised then they have a stomachache. They are much more willing to swallow a bottle of Pepto Bismol than they are to change their diets. This seems like lunacy to me. We KNOW which foods are good for you and which are not, and our bodies do as well! Let’s look at a list of some things that can “activate” irritable bowel syndrome:

French Fries

Fried Chicken

Ice Cream and Whole Milk

Soda

Alcohol

REALLY? You mean…eating those foods could potentially have a NEGATIVE effect? Geez…

So, now we have a term for a condition that is basically your digestive system not reacting well to the junk you put in it. What if you put dirty water into your gas tank? I mean, you KNOW your car need gasoline, but forget that, you choose to put in dirty water. Do you think they would come up with a fancy term for that? Well, maybe not a fancy one, but a well known one…it is called STUPIDITY. The same is true for complaining that you have aches and pains and feel uncomfortable because you just had French fries and a coke and finished it up with a hot fudge sundae…

So, how about trying some foods that may have the OPPOSITE effect? Like maybe your stomach and digestive system will actually feel GOOD for a change and you won’t have to worry about diarrhea or cramps, but instead, a healthy digestive system free from pain. How does that sound? Well, here are some foods you may want to try as alternatives to the normal junk you have been stuffing your face with:

Raw Broccoli

Carrots

Peas

Kidney beans

Lima Beans

Whole grain bread

Peaches

Apples

See any difference there? The above foods are high in fiber. Fiber is something that is SEVERELY lacking in our diets these days and it is one of the main ingredients that can mean a healthy digestive system.

While I am no doctor and cannot prove the exact cause of irritable bowel syndrome, I will say that by choosing to eat healthy, fiber rich foods, your chances are high that you will suffer less symptoms of this uncomfortable ailment and perhaps, none at all. Choose healthy and reap the benefits!

How to Exercise for Back Pain Relief

Mark Smith asked:

The health of your back depends to a great extent on your posture and body movements, your ability to cope with stress, and your exercise regime.

Many types of back pain can be blamed on weak abdominal and back muscles. That’s why most doctors oppose prolonged bed rest for back pain and instead recommend light physical activity along with pain relief medication and other proactive treatments.

Physical activity may not only provide pain relief, but it can also prevent future back pain. Along with pain relief medication, many doctors and physio-therapists tailor individualized exercise routines to treat patients who suffer from various types of back pain.

A typical exercise program for back pain may involve stretching and strengthening exercises, flexing, and endurance training. A variety of exercises and techniques are available for back pain relief; your doctor can help you choose an appropriate routine, taking into account the cause and severity of your back pain.

Advantages of Exercise for Back Pain Patients

Along with a healthy diet, doctors recommend exercise as an important component of a healthy lifestyle for most people, not only those who suffer from back pain.

The potential benefits of an exercise program for back pain may include: * Immediate, short-term pain relief * Stretching of tight, contracted muscles * Strengthening of weak muscles, which can contribute to back pain * Reducing mechanical stress on the back * Stabilizing the back * Increasing the ease and efficiency of body movements * Improving posture, which can guard against future back pain * Minimizing the frequency and magnitude of chronic back pain * Increasing the likelihood of quicker recovery from back pain in the future * Improving fitness to prevent future injuries

A Basic Exercise Program for Back Pain Relief

A basic exercise program for dealing with back pain involves strengthening the back and supporting muscles. If you have injured your back or have other health problems such as osteoporosis, start the exercises only after consulting with a doctor.

You can start on a gentle stretching and strengthening routine if you have no serious spinal problems.

Exercise #1 For Back Pain Relief:

Abdominal contractions gently stretch the back muscles: 1. Lie on your back. Bend your knees and place your hands below the ribs. 2. Tighten your stomach muscles to squeeze the ribs toward the back. Do not hold your breath. 3. Keep your muscles contracted for five seconds and then release. 4. Repeat ten times.

Exercise #2 To Prevent Back Pain:

Even when you no longer have back pain, doctors often recommend that you continue exercising to strengthen the back. Choose exercises that help align your body correctly and improve your posture to prevent back pain from recurring. For example, curling against the wall can help improve your standing posture. 1. Stand with your back against the wall, with your feet approximately six inches away from the wall. 2. Bend your knees and drop your head and shoulders. 3. Pull your stomach in and slowly roll up one vertebra at a time against the wall.

Exercise #3 To Prevent Back Pain

Strong abdominal muscles prevent many types of back pain so exercises that involve those muscles are often part of physical therapy programs designed to avoid back pain. For example, diagonal crunches not only strengthen the stomach muscles, but also keep the tummy from sagging. 1. Lie on your back. Place your hands behind your head. Bring your knees to your chest at right angles to the waist and cross your feet at the ankles. 2. Exhale slowly while raising your trunk, and move your right elbow as much as you can to the left knee. Slowly lower your trunk. 3. Repeat with the left elbow and the right knee. 4. Repeat ten times.

To improve fitness, you may wish to include stamina-building exercises such as aerobics. As these exercises are more rigorous, start them slowly and only after checking with your physician.

Always warm up before the physical activity and cool down afterward. Walking or light jogging, bicycling, and swimming are some exercises that can provide excellent aerobic conditioning.

Alternative Exercise Therapy Options for Back Pain Relief and Recovery A variety of alternative exercise therapies and programs are available to help alleviate, cure and prevent future back pain. Some of the more popular programs are:

* Tai Chi Chuan: This gentle martial art form provides exercise for the body, while helping the mind to concentrate. The movements relax the muscles, free the joints, and ease tension. Some people suffering from back pain use this technique along with pain relief medication.

* Yoga: This ancient Indian tradition involves a wide range of mind-body exercises including postural and breathing exercises, deep relaxation, and meditation. Many yoga postures focus on increasing spinal strength and flexibility, which can provide back pain relief. According to researchers, regular yoga practice may also prevent some types of chronic back pain.

* Chi Kung: Also known as Qigong, this ancient Chinese system of exercise focuses on breathing and posture while teaching the mind to concentrate. Chi Kung therapists claim that this system may be used effectively for back pain relief.

* Feldenkrais Method: This exercise technique aims to increase the ease and efficiency of body movements. Therapists try to increase your awareness of body movements, while teaching you to recognize and correct muscle tension.

* Buteyko Breathing Technique: This Russian therapy involves exercises in slow breathing and holding the breath. Therapists claim that this technique reduces muscle tension and can provide back pain relief.

Note: When you perform any type of exercise, it is imperative to distinguish between pain and the feeling of exertion. Pain is a signal from the nerves that a certain activity is wrong for you. If you experience pain while exercising, including back pain, you should instead start with mild exercises that feel comfortable.

Treating AND Preventing Your Back Pain

Exercise can be an important part of an effective treatment program for back pain. Customizing an exercise program that’s suitable for you can help you safely strengthen your back, improve your stamina and fitness, and prevent future back pain.

Gas and Bloating Relief with Acai and Colon Cleanse

Chandra North asked:

Suffering from gas and bloating is a lousy feeling and, unfortunately, all too common for many people.  The familiar pressure in the abdominal area from gas, liquids and blockages in the intestines can cause cramping, discomfort, and even flatulence. Although there are many quick, over-the-counter remedies to soothe the symptoms, how can you get permanent gas and bloating relief?

Natural Gas and Bloating Relief with a Colon Cleanse and Acai

Doing a colon cleanse will help your body to eliminate garbage from it fast.  During the cleanse, the intestines eliminate unnecessary waste and parasites so they can get back to functioning properly.  You will get constipation, gas and bloating relief as your colon returns back to normal functioning.

The easiest way to cleanse the colon is to use a Colon Cleansing supplement. The Colon Cleansing supplement will have select and specific herbs that will act to sweep the colon clean so you can get your health back on track. I highly recommend pairing colon cleansing with an Acai Berry supplement for added fiber, vital nutrients and antioxidants to renourish your body as the colon heals itself.  Acai Berry was rated as the number #1 superfood by Dr. Perricone and featured on numerous tv shows including Oprah.

Additional Benefits of Cleansing The Colon

Benefits of cleansing the colon besides giving you constipation, gas and bloating relief are that you will most likely lose weight when you do a colon cleanse. This is because many people store excessive weight in their colon from feces; when your body releases all the feces that has been trapped in your colon the pounds will come off as well.

Click here to get your free bottle of colon cleanse and acai berry from my website while supplies last, just pay shipping and handling.

Nighttime Heartburn Help

Juana Cruz asked:

Nighttime heartburn can happen, since you are in an inclined position, and gravity can pull your food contents to the esophagus. When this happens, the patient will experience a burning sensation in the chest, throat and mouth. So, for some heartburn help, follow these tips:

1. Eat small meals

If you eat too much, break it down into a few, small meals spread throughout the day. Being full can add more pressure to the stomach and weaken the lower esophagus muscle.

2. Don’t lie down after eating.

You should wait for two hours or more after dinner to go to sleep. An inclined position can cause the stomach contents to slide to the esophagus, so wait for your food to settle in first.

3. Use an acid reflux pillow.

An acid reflux pillow helps to elevate your head and torso when you sleep, to make sure that the stomach contents stay in your stomach and not reach your esophagus at night.

4. Avoid food that cause heartburn.

Foods that cause heartburn are those that weaken the LES. These include fatty food, caffeine, chocolate, alcohol, oil, high fat butter and cream, citrus fruits and drinks and tomato-based products. These should be avoided at all cost if you want to avoid heartburn. If you want to be sure which of them you should exclude from your diet, have a food journal. There are also many heartburn-free recipes which you

can try.

5. Maintain a reasonable weight.

Obesity puts too much pressure on your stomach, which forces stomach contents to go upwards instead of staying where they should be.

6. Don’t smoke.

Aside from the fact that nicotine can weaken your LES, it is found that smokers are seventy percent more prone to heartburn, and those who already have heartburn have worse symptoms.

7. Relax.

Many heartburn patients report having worse symptoms when they are stressed, so you should manage your stress levels better.

There are many more ways how to relieve nighttime heartburn. For more heartburn help, visit my blog. And for a natural treatment for heartburn which had not failed thousands of other patients, check out “Heartburn No More” by Jeff Martin.

Cures For Constipation: Constipation – Cause, Remedy, Relief, Cure and Treatment

Eddie Harvey asked:

Cures for constipation range from a variety of products some being home remedies and some being store bought. Either way being constipated is not healthy nor comfortable. So below we give a breakdown of constipation.

What is Constipation?

Constipation is a very common condition affecting many people.  It tends to affect more women than men. It appears to be especially common in women just before their period or during pregnancy.  It is normally not very serious although occasionally, complications can occur if the condition is not treated.

What Causes Constipation?

Constipation can be caused by a number of different factors.  A number of which are described below.

The main cause is believed to be a lack of fluids in the diet.  The stools then become hard and small which the body struggles to expel.  A lack of fibre also has the same effect.  What then happens, is that the stools which the body can’t expel are retained where they dry out even further and then work their way back up into the colon where they can cause a blockage.

Some drugs e.g. painkillers and some types of cough medicines may cause constipation.  By taking medical laxatives which my relieve the symptoms in the short term may actually increase the problem as the body becomes resistant to them over time.

Say Goodbye to Constipation, Get Regular Today!

There are a number of other causes which include

Not being active

Too much calcium or too much iron in your diet

Drinking too much strong tea or coffee which has a diuretic effect by making you urinate more often thus dehydrating your body

Bowel muscles not being strong enough – this is more common in elderly people as their muscles in their whole body become weaker

Recent abdominal surgery – this may have the effect of weakening your bowel muscles

Anxiety

IBS can be a cause of constipation.

What are the Symptoms of Constipation?

The symptoms of constipation are as follows.

Stomach ache and cramps

Feeling bloated

Feeling sick

Change in your normal bowel pattern

Headaches

Furred tongue

Loss of appetite

Fatigue and depression

Should you experience any of these conditions and they are with you for more than a couple of days, it is important that you see a doctor.  It is always better to be safe than sorry.  Sometimes these symptoms could mean something much more serious.

What is the Treatment for Constipation?

Quite often, the best cure for constipation, is simply to increase the amount of fibre in your diet.  That includes lots of vegetables and cereal products.  Most of us don’t eat enough of these things.

Also, increasing the amount of water that we drink can help to relief the symptoms of constipation.  The vast majority of people don’t drink enough.  By drinking more, you can not only relieve the symptoms of constipation, but it will improve your general health as well, making you feel better.

By taking more exercise, you can help to eradicate constipation.  This can be something as simple as a 30 minute brisk walk 3 – 4 times a week.

If you are going to take laxatives, then they should only be as a temporary measure.  If you find that you are having to take them for a long period of time, you should probably go and visit a doctor.

External Hemorrhoids Treatment – How to Treat External Hemorrhoids

peterhutch asked:

Hemorrhoids are varicose veins and swollen tissues in the rectum and anus. They may cause itching, burning and can bleed. Hemorrhoids can be treated easily and in some cases, prevented altogether. Hemorrhoids get worse over the years, so at the first sign of a problem, you should seek medical advice.

Hemorrhoids are usually caused by big pressure forced upon the rectum or anus often from (but not limited to) constipation, heavy lifting, and remaining seated for very long periods of time. These things can all put stress on the rectal/anal area and cause veins to bulge. Hemorrhoids can be internal, external or both. Asymptomatic hemorrhoids are considered normal in adults and children.

If you are looking for effective and powerful external hemorrhoid treatments then you are like the many others who have chosen to be proactive about finding a solution that is right for them. Having hemorrhoids is a serious medical problem and it should be treated as such. If you don’t have the proper information and awareness on your specific condition and the severity of it then you may be at risk for choosing products that might not work for you and as a result wasting your time and money.

External hemorrhoid occurs outside the anal verge and is caused when bursting of veins take place resulting in itching, swelling and sometimes resulting in bleeding. It is of more painful nature of the two. External hemorrhoids are prone to Thrombosis, if the vein ruptures and a blood clot develops, the hemorrhoid becomes a thrombosed hemorrhoid.

External hemorrhoids treatment is something millions of middle-aged individuals have to deal with, and fortunately there are many options to choose from. However, the information and choices around these treatments can be overwhelming, and sometimes hard to understand.

It may seem daunting at first, as there are a variety of ways to approach them, both natural and conventional. Finding the best treatment for hemorrhoids is accomplished by the patients educating themselves on the various options, and making a decision about what works for them.

Sitz baths with lukewarm water several times daily for about 10-15 minutes. After the bath tub sitting, the affected area should be dried gently with a clean towel in order to remove wetness from the area. When the affected area is left wet, this would cause an adverse effect – the hemorrhoids would get enlarged and more painful.

If one wishes to treat external hemorrhoids alternatively, witch hazel may be the first thing you want to try. Witch hazel can be most effective when applied after the affected area is soaked in a warm bath or treated with a cool compress. You may want to try these treatments on their own as well, if you suspect your hemorrhoids are in the early stages. But these cool compresses and warm baths also work well with other treatments you may try, be they conventional or alternative.

Why? Because blueberries contain more disease-fighting antioxidants than any other fruit, Dr. Pratt goes on to say that wild blueberries usually contain more antioxidants than cultivated varieties. The Alaska wild blueberry sits at the top of the blueberry kingdom. Because of Alaska’s harsh freeze/thaw climate and having to protect itself from the 24-hour-a-day summer sun, the Alaska wild blueberry has up to 10 times more antioxidants than cultivated blueberries. Kyani Sunrise also contains, with the Alaskan wild blueberries, pomegranate, wolf-berry, Noni, Aloe Vera, and other berry juices.

Along with Kyani Sunrise, which an ounce is taken per day in the mornings, Kyani offers a product for the end of your day. Kyani Sunset is an Omega-3 powerhouse. Sunset combines Alaska wild salmon fish oil with tocotrienols (pure Vitamin E). Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids are the two polyunsaturated fatty acids that are good for you. But Omega-6 (which are common in most foods we eat) and Omega-3 fatty acids are only beneficial as long as they’re consumed in balanced amounts. Omega-3 fatty acids can help maintain healthy cholesterol levels, high blood pressure, radiant glowing hair, improves mood and stress, boosts metabolism, controls appetite, maintain a healthy circulatory system, immune system and maintain a healthy respiratory system as well as play a role in supporting breast and colon health. Taking the soft gels daily will be like the equivalent of two servings of salmon per week. Dr. Steven Pratt says, “I tell my patients that blueberries are one of the three major SuperFoods, along with spinach and salmon. If you learn nothing else from SuperFoods Rx, remember to eat blueberries and spinach most days and salmon…these three foods alone will change your life and health.”

Kyani also offers a brand new product called Kyani Nitro FX. What is Nitro FX and what are the benefits? Nitro FX is Nitric oxide that helps maintain, repair and defend nearly every cell and system in the body. It also promotes optimal heart function by allowing more oxygen, nutrients, vitamins and growth factors to reach crucial points in the body.

Nitric oxide (NO) is an important signaling molecule that acts in many tissues to regulate a diverse range of physiological and cellular processes. It’s role was first discovered by several groups who were attempting to identify the agent responsible for promoting blood vessel relaxation and regulating vascular tone. This agent was termed endothelium-derived relaxing factor (EDRF), and was initially assumed to be a protein like most other signaling molecules. The discovery that EDRF was in fact nitric oxide – a highly reactive gas- has led to an explosion of interest in this field resulted in over 60,000 papers published in the last ten years and won the Nobel prizein 1998. Nitric oxide has now been demonstrated to play a role in a variety of biological processes including neurotransmission, immune defense, the regulation of cell death(apostasies) and cell motility. Nitric oxide is a short-lived, highly reactive molecule (with a half-life of a few seconds) that is produced from a group of enzymes known as nitric oxide syntheses (NOS).

How to Build Muscle Fast W/ 5 Advanced Bodybuilding Routines

Timothy Madigan asked:

So, bodybuilding is something you like and you want to be able to gain muscle mass. You have given it some time and you are beginning to see some results. The nice part is you have lost some of the flab that you had a year ago, your body is getting hard, you are gaining some muscle weight and loseing fat weight, but your muscles are not getting as big as you want them to be. What you want are muscles that are big, maybe sculpted muscles with definition, or if you can get those muscles big, you would like to maybe get in a body building competition. What you have found is your bodybuilding workouts are getting easy and you want to challenge yourself with a different workout.

How to gain muscle fast using advanced bodybuilding training and exercise techniques have been used by many different types of people and professions.

Some of those people are:

professional athletes

wrestlers

security personnel

bouncers

male bodybuilding models

femal bodybuilding models

and most definetly the military.

Now here is the nice part, you can be one of them too. If you have been working out and building up your body’s strength, and you are eating the right types of foods (protein laden meals), you have gotten rid of all of the junk food and you have the patience, then you are ready to learn the best way to build muscle by using some of these advanced bodybuilding routines / training / exercise techniques.

This is what you need to keep in mind

Have you been bodybuilding for a while, like I think you have, you know that there are many different bodybuilding training styles, bodybuilding routines. These programs can be for the beginner bodybuilder, a person who has been doing this for a while (intermediate bodybuilder) and of course for the advanced person as well.

Understand that this is going to cost you some money and will probably take up more of your time while learning how to build muscles and muscle mass. One of the main points too and not to be over looked is you have to eat those small meals all day long. If you are about to imbark on some intense bodybuilding workouts, then you should go see your doctor before you start to make sure your body is able to handle these extreme workouts.

There could be different circumstances for each bodybuilder. Some can workout the arms and legs while the back is not going to be able to take much. But don’t fear, there are still some extreme bodybuilding training techniques that you are going to be able to do.

So if you are ready for the challenge of your life, then watch and learn the fastest way to build muscle using some advanced bodybuilding techniques. Below you are going to find some bodybuilding routines that will increase muscle mass, tone, define your muscles and make them big.

5 Advanced Bodybuilding techniques to Build Muscles Quickly

Forced Reps:

What you are going to do here is to lift the weight over and over, quicker and quicker, but the key is that you have helper “spotter” to “force the rep by helping you lift the barbell. What I mean by this is for every ten (10) lifts, you are going to get some help on the eleventh (11). What is going to happen is the barbell is going to get heavier and heavier. This is for sure going to help you build some muscle mass over time.

Partials:

This one can be a lot of fun. What you want to do is instead of doing a normal lift by moving the weight all the way, you are going to only move the weight half way and then hold it for 10-20 seconds, and do it again. You are going to feel some pain with this one, so make sure that you stretch after each one of the sets to help minimize the pain you are going to feel.

Pre Exhaust Training:

This one is for when one specific area is what you want to work on. Say you are going to work on the triceps. You start by doing your favorite routine for your triceps, like lifting the dumbbell over your head. This is the intense part. When you are resting inbetween switching weights or lifts, you are going to skip the rest part and just begin the new exercise. Some people have called this “supersetting”, and man does this get those muscles working and burning. This is a great one for building muscle fast.

Giant Sets:

This one is going to be similar to the pre exhausting exercise. But here is the difference, you are not going to rest at all for an entire series of exercises of a specific muscle group. Talk about burning, this one will do that. So if you are going to work those biceps and you have several exercises you do, there is no rest for that entire group of exercises for thos biceps.

Strip Sets:

You are going to need some help for this one, so get two of your buddies at the gym to help you with this one. Time is everything with this strip sets. What you are going to do is start bench pressing with the most weight on it you usually use and then have the spotters start to lower the weight. Now there is no rest inbetween the weight changes, and you should be used to that by now. The speed is what is going to build the muscles on this one. Try it you will see what I mean.

As you can see, these advanced bodybuilding training / routines are really going to give you a workout. Give this a try for a few months and watch how fast your muscles grow. You will gain muscles, muscle mass, definition and be proud to show that body off.

Home Remedies for Colon Cleansing

Let’s face it, the topic of colon cleansing can be embarrassing to many so the idea of effective home remedies for colon cleansing is one that is quite popular today. Fortunately, undergoing a colon cleanse can be an easy, painless process that one can accomplish in the comfort of their own home.

There are various programs for home colon cleansing that you can use. Some are more inexpensive than others, and some are certainly more effective. The key is to find one that works well and is affordable to you.

As far as enemas go, home enema kits are pretty inexpensive and readily available. Any local drug store will have several to choose from and they can be effective.

Using a home enema kit is fairly straight forward. After pumping liquid into the rectum, you drain it. The liquid breaks down any plaque and waste that lines the walls of your intestine, and is flushed out of your system during the draining process.

While an enema can provide temporary relief, it really isn’t addressing the real issue. Your diet plays a large part in overall colon health and it’s important to make sure that you’re consuming enough fiber each day to keep things running smoothly. Dietary fiber is one of the best things that you can add to your diet to improve bowel function, but you can take it one step further with supplementation.

There are excellent diet supplements available which are designed to improve intestinal function. Colon buildup and blockage can occur as a result of several different things, and these supplements can help to get things back on track. If you’re prone to having intestinal issues, you may want to consider supplementing your diet with herbal pills as a preventative measure.

The best way home remedies for maintaining a healthy colon are preventative in nature. Don’t wait until you have a serious problem to start to cleansing your colon. Maintain a healthy diet with plenty of fiber and be sure to drink plenty of water each day. Most of all, remember that consistency is key to any health-related treatment.
